Established in 2007 in Cologne, Germany, GSP Europe is the European sales office for GSP car spare parts in the international automotive aftermarket.
Over the years we have moved to Hürth near Cologne. GSP started very small as a one-person sales office. In the meantime, a team of ten competent employees serves our customers throughout Europe.
We are made up of seven sales staff, two product managers and one backoffice employee. It is important for us to work together as a team and to complement each other. That is our strength and that is what makes us different! Respect and appreciation are an important basis, especially in international companies.
The GSP Europe team consists of German, Italian, Turkish and Russian native speakers to facilitate communication. We are specialized in the automotive aftermarket and can therefore competently advise customers who need our expertise throughout Europe.
Our customers' success benefits our own success. Accordingly, we see our main task in building long-term partnerships with our customers and supporting them.
Our industry-experienced employees are the first point of contact for our customers. They are responsible for topics such as delivery conditions and prices.
The multilingual customer service is tailored to the needs of international customers and the different markets. This allows us to act and adapt quickly according to requirements.
The aim is to provide the highest possible level of service. And above all, we focus on comprehensive consulting services in technical as well as commercial matters. For example, we assist with marketing campaigns or support our partners with market analyses.
Link between Europe and China
In addition, our employees act as intermediaries between the Chinese parent company and the customers. Since we constantly keep an eye on the European aftermarket and follow market movements, we can respond to the resulting demands.
GSP Europe is simply closer to the European aftermarket than China. And that is our great competitive advantage!
Our two product managers support the team in China with their work. They act as an interface between development, manufacturing and sales. Further they regularly analyze markets and drive forward the planning, development and optimization of products. This enables us to constantly expand our product range and also offer completely new products. With regular updates we inform our customers about new developments so that they are always up to date.
In order to guarantee a continuously high-quality standard, we use feedback from the market to draw conclusions about the quality level of individual articles or entire product groups. In this way, we improve our products and thus ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
We only supply importers and wholesalers and not individual workshops. However, we are happy to establish contact between end users and our business partners.
Our customers have the choice to purchase our products either directly from our factories in China or alternatively from our European central warehouse.
